No refunds or returns for change of mind. Research peptides are temperature-sensitive, tamper-sealed, lot-traceable laboratory chemicals. Once a shipment leaves our facility we cannot verify subsequent storage conditions or vial integrity, and material cannot be returned to inventory. The one thing we do guarantee is purity: if material does not meet the purity stated for its lot, we refund it in full.

Lumera Labs does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind. Research peptides and reagents are temperature-sensitive, tamper-sealed, lot-traceable laboratory chemicals. Once a shipment leaves our facility we cannot verify subsequent storage conditions or vial integrity, and the material cannot be resold or returned to inventory. By placing an order you accept that all sales are final, subject to the purity guarantee below.
Purity guarantee
We guarantee the purity of every product we sell, or your money back. If independent analysis shows material does not meet the purity stated for its lot, we refund that item in full. Email support@lumerapeptide.com with your order number, the lot number from the vial label, and the report.
This covers what was in the vial when it left us. It does not cover storage, handling, or reconstitution after delivery, and it is not a change-of-mind refund. Certificates of Analysis for lots our lab has returned are published at Lab results; for lots still in the testing queue the earlier third-party report is available on request.
If something looks wrong on receipt
Lots are independently verified by a third-party analytical lab before release, and shipments are tracked end-to-end. If a shipment arrives with visibly damaged packaging or a vial appears compromised on opening, email support@lumerapeptide.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number and batch/lot number.
- Photos of the packaging and vial as received (please don't reconstitute or open further until we reply).
- The Canada Post tracking report if applicable.
We review each report individually. Any remedy (including reshipment, store credit, or another arrangement) is at our sole discretion and not promised in advance. Reports submitted past the 7-day window may not be eligible for any review.
Order cancellations
Before dispatch: email support@lumerapeptide.com and we'll attempt to stop the order. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Crypto payments that have already settled on-chain cannot be reversed under any circumstance.
Acknowledgement
By placing an order you confirm you have read product specifications, requested any lot-specific Certificate of Analysis you wanted to review, and accepted the Research Use Declaration. You acknowledge that all sales are final, no refunds are offered, and any post-delivery review is at our sole discretion.
