Every lot is run on RP-HPLC at synthesis time, again on receipt at our lab, and a third time before any vial leaves our cold room. The 99% number is the most-recent measurement, not the synthesis spec. If the receipt-time number drifts below threshold, the lot does not enter inventory.

For peptides up to 50 residues with standard modifications (PEGylation, fatty-acid attachment, biotin/fluorophore tags), yes. Minimum order is 100 mg synthesized. Lead time is 4-6 weeks including QC.

Every released lot has a retain held under storage spec for five years from release. The COA for any lot we've shipped is posted on our Lab Results page and attached to that order in your account, nothing to request by email.
