No. Lumera Labs ships to Canadian addresses only. Cold-chain insulation is included on every peptide shipment via Canada Post Xpresspost; most addresses arrive in 24–48 hours.
Every lot is run on RP-HPLC at synthesis time, again on receipt at our Kelowna facility, and a third time before any vial leaves our cold room. The 99% number is the most-recent measurement, not the synthesis spec. If the receipt-time number drifts below threshold, the lot does not enter inventory.
Yes. Email lumeralabs@proton.me with the SKU and we'll send the current lot's chromatogram, MS confirmation, and full COA within two hours. Historical lot data is also available on request.
For peptides up to 50 residues with standard modifications (PEGylation, fatty-acid attachment, biotin/fluorophore tags), yes. Minimum order is 100 mg synthesized. Lead time is 4–6 weeks including QC.
Every released lot has a retain held under storage spec for five years from release. If your assay drifts during that window, we'll re-run our retain alongside your remaining material at no charge.
