We are a domestic supplier, not an overseas dropshipper: orders dispatch from within Canada, so there are no customs delays and no border interception risk on the way to your bench.
Peptides are synthesized at contract manufacturing facilities and released only after independent, third-party analysis. Every lot is tested for HPLC purity and peptide identity before it is sold, and each vial ships with a lot-specific certificate of analysis.
You can request any lot's report by emailing lumeralabs@proton.me with the batch number printed on the vial, or verify a lot on the lab results page.
We process orders the same day and hand them to Canada Post the next business day. Canada Post Xpresspost then averages about four days to most Canadian addresses. Shipping is a flat $25 CAD, free on orders over $300 CAD. City-level delivery estimates are listed under shipping by city.
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer from any Canadian bank, or cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Monero, and others). We do not accept credit or debit cards, because mainstream card processors restrict research chemicals as a category. This keeps checkout reliable and orders private.
Everything Lumera Labs sells is a laboratory research chemical, not a drug or supplement. Our products are not approved by Health Canada or the FDA for human or veterinary therapeutic use, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Each order requires a research-use declaration at checkout. Buyers are responsible for handling research chemicals in line with their institution's and jurisdiction's rules.
